New for Summer 2013
Fort Tejas: The Trail to First Class program is moving to a new home in the former Tejas campsite. The new area will feature a themed program designed to prepare first year campers for life on the frontier, and to move them along toward achieving the First Class Scout rank. The program has been redesigned for this summer, and will also incorporate the basketry merit badge, so every scout has the opportunity to go home with a craft and a badge to show their family. This is an all-day program area designed for first year campers.
How to make a reservation
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis through the Caddo Area Council Service Center. Please contact the service center by telephone at (903)793-2179 to inquire about availabilty and to confirm your reservation. Please do not email the Camp Director, a volunteer, about availability, because only the Scout Service Center can make or confirm reservations.
